The evaluation edition of Cricket Statistics for Windows is fully functional for the first 28 days after installation but after that is limited to a single database (i.e. a single club and/or season) - the full program is not limited in this way and can be used to compile statistics for multiple clubs and/or seasons.

V5.00.42 of Cricket Statistics for Windows requires Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000 or XP, an SVGA (800 x 600 pixel) or better display and at least 20 MB of free space on the hard disk.

Download the csw5042.exe file by clicking on the link above then shut down all other applications (including the small menu programs supplied with Microsoft Office, Lotus Smartsuite etc.) and run the downloaded csw5042.exe file from the Run option in the Windows Start menu.

After the installation is complete, you will see a new Cricket Statistics for Windows V5.00.42 program group in the Windows Start menu and can start the program by double clicking on the Cricket Statistics for Windows entry in this group.

Vista Users

If you find that Vista complains when you run Cricket Statistics for Windows, locate the csfw.exe file in Windows Explorer (it will probably be in the c:\csfw folder), right-click on the file, select Properties from the resulting pop-up menu and, on the Compatibility tab of the resulting dialogue, tick the "Run as administrator" check-box and click the OK button.
