Download the
csw5042.exe file by clicking on the link above then shut down all other
applications (including the small menu programs supplied with Microsoft
Office, Lotus Smartsuite etc.) and run the downloaded csw5042.exe
file from the Run option in the Windows Start menu. Vista Users If you find that Vista complains when you run Cricket Statistics for Windows, locate the csfw.exe file in Windows Explorer (it will probably be in the c:\csfw folder), right-click on the file, select Properties from the resulting pop-up menu and, on the Compatibility tab of the resulting dialogue, tick the "Run as administrator" check-box and click the OK button. If Cricket Statistics
for Windows reports that it is an evaluation edition, simply click the
Enter Registration Details button on the initial 'splash screen' or select
Enter Registration Details from the Help menu and enter your original
registration details (please contact
support@clubcricketsoftware.co.uk
if you have mislaid them). Updating from earlier versions V5.00.xx of Cricket Statistics for Windows uses a new database format and you will need to convert any databases created with V4.00.42 (or earlier) of the program before they can be accessed by the new version. This is a simple process using the V5.0x Database Converter supplied with the new version - please see the on-line help for more information. |

Hopefully, these problems will be resolved in the next version of PitchPad which is expected to be released at the end of August 2008. |
