Download the
lam2030.exe file by clicking on the link above then shut down all other
applications (including the small menu programs supplied with Microsoft
Office, Lotus Smartsuite etc.) and run the downloaded lam2030.exe
file from the Run option in the Windows Start menu.
After the installation is complete, you will see a new League Manager
V2.00.30 program group in the Windows Start menu and can start the
program by double clicking on the League Manager entry in this
group.
Vista Users
If you find
that Vista complains when you run League/Association Manager,
locate the leagman.exe file in Windows Explorer (it will probably be in the
c:\leagman folder), right-click on the file, select Properties from the
resulting pop-up menu and, on the Compatibility tab of the resulting dialogue,
tick the "Run as administrator" check-box and click the OK
button.
If you are using the
League/Association Manager for the first time, I suggest you have
a look at the Getting Started guide in the on-line help (select Contents from
the Help menu then, in the resulting help window, select How to use
League/Association Manager).
It's also worth checking out the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section of
the on-line help (select Frequently Asked Questions from the Help menu) as this
contains a number of useful tips which could save you a lot of time and effort.
Comprehensive on-line help is available at all times in the
League/Association Manager - just press the F1 key if you get
stuck.
